A free storefront mockup in the hands of @glint.thestudio
The Project
Dolce is a vegan Italian bakery concept, created by Glint Studio as part of abranding challenge. It is not a real bakery you can walk into. But it should be. The identity is too considered, too layered, too genuinely good to exist only as a portfolio piece.
The premise is straightforward: authentic Italian flavors, eco-conscious values, and a brand that refuses to look like either a farmers market stall or a corporate health food chain. Dolce sits somewhere more interesting than both.
The Brand World
The first thing you notice is the logo. A fluid, handwritten script that looks like it was drawn in one unbroken line, looping and generous. It sits on top of a tower of breads stacked with the kind of casual confidence that only works when you know exactly what you are doing.
The color palette is warm and earthy throughout: deep chocolate brown, cream, raw linen. Nothing clinical. Nothing that would look out of place on a slow Saturday morning.
The Design Decisions
What makes this identity genuinely impressive is how far it travels across touchpoints without losing coherence. The same illustrative line-drawing system appears on the paper bag, the storefront window, the delivery vehicle, and the food packaging. It never feels copy-pasted. It feels like a language.
Why the Storefront Mockup
The storefront mockup used here is one of our free mockups, and this project is a good example of why it exists. A window mockup is not just a surface to slap a logo on. In the right hands it becomes an environment, a whole world glimpsed from the outside.
@glint.thestudio understood that and used it to build something that feels like a real location on a real street in a real city.
The Result
197 likes on a concept project is not nothing. It is the design community recognizing something that works. Dolce does not need to be a real bakery to prove the point. The branding already made the case.
