STUDIO PROFILE
Made by Attic is our way of turning design and photography into mockups with mood and character.

We're Eduina and Shpëtim, a designer and a director of photography who started working together on Made by Attic because we kept noticing the same gap. Most mockups are built by one person doing everything, which shows in the photography. Splitting the work, one of us thinking about the design use case, the other about how the shot is actually lit and framed, means neither gets treated as an afterthought.
BEHIND THE SHOP
Eduina, Design
Most of what I do starts with a product that doesn't exist yet, figuring out what a mockup needs to feel like. I'd rather spend longer on fewer releases than push out something that looks like everyone else's template.
Shpëtim, Photography
The difference between a mockup that looks staged and one that looks real usually comes down to light. Every set is built the way I'd approach an actual product story, because that's the part most mockup shops skip.
On the catalog
We keep it small on purpose. Every series gets its own mood and its own name instead of being another entry in an endless grid, which means some months there's nothing new and other months there's a whole world at once.
On what's next
There's a backlog of work waiting to become finished sets, more than five hundred images at this point. The plan isn't to rush them out, it's to keep the standard where it's been since the first release.
