Made by Attic sells digital mockup files: layered PSDs built with smart objects, sold individually, as themed series, or as bundles, along with a small selection of standalone editorial images. Everything is delivered digitally, there's no physical product and nothing ships. What you're allowed to do with a file after you buy it is covered in full on the Licensing & Use page, not repeated here.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and can change at any time without notice, a price change never affects an order you've already completed. Payment is processed through the platform you're buying on (our own Wix checkout, Gumroad, Creative Market, or Behance), we don't see or store your card details ourselves. Once payment clears, you'll receive access to your file as described in our FAQ.

If you buy from us through Gumroad, Creative Market, or Behance instead of directly through madebyattic.com, that platform's own terms, payment processing, and refund rules apply to your purchase as well as ours. Where the two conflict on anything payment or checkout-related, the marketplace's terms govern that part of the transaction, since we don't control their checkout flow. Everything on this page still applies to how you're allowed to use the site and how we handle you as a customer regardless of where you bought.

If you're purchasing as a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase before it's fulfilled. Because our files are delivered instantly on payment, completing checkout and downloading the file counts as asking for that immediate delivery, which means the 14-day right ends once your download begins, in line with standard digital content rules. If you haven't downloaded yet and change your mind within 14 days, contact us and we'll refund you. If a file turns out to be broken or not what the listing described, that's handled separately and isn't affected by this window either way.

Everything on this site, the Made by Attic name, logo, photography, layout, and written content, belongs to us and isn't covered by the license you get when you buy a mockup. That purchase license only covers the specific files you bought, described on the Licensing & Use page, it doesn't give you rights to anything else on the site.

We put real care into every file, but we can't promise the site will always be free of errors, available without interruption, or compatible with every possible software version or hardware setup on your end. If something's actually broken, tell us, we'll fix it or make it right, we just can't offer a blanket guarantee beyond that.

If something does go wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the file in question. We're not responsible for indirect losses, like lost business or lost time, that might result from a problem with a file. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that can't legally be waived.
