Made by Attic is a small, two-person shop based in Albania, run by Eduina and Shpëtim. For anything to do with this policy, or a request about your own data, contact us at madebyattic@gmail.com, we handle these ourselves rather than through a separate privacy team.

When you buy something, browse the site, or sign up for our list, we may collect: your name and email address, billing details handled by our payment processor (we don't see or store full card numbers ourselves), your order history, messages you send us directly, and basic technical data like your IP address, browser type, and general location, collected automatically as you browse.

We use this to process and deliver your order, respond to your messages, send you the mockup files and receipts you're owed, and, if you've opted in, send occasional email updates about new releases. We rely on this being necessary to fulfil a purchase you've made with us, or, for marketing emails specifically, on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We don't sell your data. A few outside services help us run the shop, and each only sees what it needs to do its job:

Wix, our site host and store platform, handles checkout on our own site and runs its own baseline analytics and cookies.

Gumroad, Creative Market, and Behance, if you buy through one of those instead of our own site, that platform processes your payment and order directly, under its own privacy policy, not this one.

Mailchimp, if you sign up for our email list, your email address is stored there to send you updates.

Google Analytics, if installed, to understand general site traffic patterns.

Pinterest and/or Meta advertising tools, if we're running ads, these platforms may use a tracking pixel to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads elsewhere.

We only share what each of these services needs to function, we don't hand your data to anyone beyond that.

The site uses cookies for basic functioning (keeping your cart working, remembering preferences) and, where the tools above are active, for analytics and advertising. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time, and where required, we'll ask for your consent before anything non-essential loads.

Because we're based in Albania, data from EU and UK customers is handled outside the EU. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards our third-party processors already have in place (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent framework) to keep your data protected to the same standard it would be inside the EU.

Wherever you're located, you can ask us to: show you what data we hold on you, correct anything inaccurate, delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it in a portable format. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you feel we haven't handled this properly. To use any of these rights, just email us, we'll respond directly.

We keep order and billing records as long as we're required to for accounting and tax purposes, and email addresses on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Anything kept beyond that isn't kept for a specific business reason.

Made by Attic isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
